Cupcake Recipes for Wedding Party

A wedding is a once in a lifetime affair and everybody wants to see a great wedding party. It should be special for the bride and the groom as well as the guests. You can create a memorable party by serving your guests cupcakes custom made to suit every desire of the bride and the groom. Cupcakes can also be arranged and decorated in many different ways to suit the theme of the party, the decor and the dress code.

Here are some cupcake recipes fit for a wedding party. You can make adjustments to the recipe to yield enough cupcakes for the number of guests you invite.

For mocha cupcakes (recipe yields a dozen cupcakes), you need the following ingredients: 6 egg yolks, 4 egg whites, 150 grams of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of emulsifier, 160 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon pf milk powder, 100 grams of melted margarine, and mocha paste to taste. For the frosting you need 50 grams of chocolate paste.


First, pre-heat oven to 175°C. At the same time, line a cupcake pan with paper liners, then set it aside. Beat egg yolks and egg whites. Add sugar, flour and emulsifier and beat the mixture for 7 minutes. Add margarine and mocha paste, and beat the mixture again until well mixed. Pour the batter carefully into paper liners. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let the cupcakes cool for a few minutes. Decorate cupcakes with chocolate paste as you like, then place them inside refrigerator until they are ready to be served.

For mandarin cupcakes, prepare 4 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, ½ teaspoon of emulsifier, 125 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of orange powder, and 100 grams of melted margarine. For the frosting you need 50 grams of cream powder and 100 ml of fresh milk. For the garnish you need mandarin orange segments.

Start by pre-heating the oven to 175°C. Meanwhile, line a cupcake pan with paper liners and set it aside. Beat eggs, then add sugar, flour and emulsifier and beat the mixture for 7 minutes. Add melted margarine and beat the mixture until well mixed. Next, pour the batter into paper lines. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let the cupcakes cool. For the frosting, whip cream powder and fresh milk. Spread the frosting evenly on top of the cupcakes. Garnish with mandarin orange segments. Place cupcakes inside refrigerator until they are ready to be served.
