Just the day before we were talking about Princess Diana’s Engagement Ring. And, now this ring is back in news.
Prince William finally asked her long time girlfriend Kate Middleton and that too with his mother’s sapphire and diamond engagement ring.
The ring was given to Princess Diana by Prince Charles in 1981.
Since this news there have been so many discussions on twitter and other social networks whether the prince should have proposed with a different ring as the ring brings back some not so fond memories.
Prince Williams said, “It was my way of making sure that my mother didn’t miss out on today.”
Fair enough, we would say! The couple is being hoped to tie the knot in summer next year.
